Return/Refund Policy

Stoned Genie Return Policy 

We accept returns on non-used items up to 30 days. 

We do not accept returns on USED items. No exceptions. 

Any item that is not used and you would like to return, please follow the following steps: 

  1. Take at least 2-3 pictures of the item to show it has not been used. Please include picture of the whole item and bowl piece area. 
  2. Email the pictures to care@stonedgenie.com with the reason you would like to return it. 
  3. If approved, return address will be provided. Shipping cost must be covered by customer. 
  4. We will issue all refund once item is received. There will also be a $5 dollar restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund.

Items Broken in Shipping 

ALL items damaged in shipping will have a solution worked out for you with either a replacement or refund. We ask that you please stay patient and getting angry over email does not make your issue get processed faster. Please take a picture of the broken item and send it to care@stonedgenie.com. All broken items must be reported within 2 days of arrival. We pledge to try our best to remedy all situations as fast as possible. We want all our customers to have full confidence and trust when shopping with Stoned Genie. 

 

Cancellations  

If you want to cancel an order prior to us shipping out the item, please email care@stonedgenie.com. Please, be aware, a $5 dollar restocking fee will be applied when refunded. Thank you for understanding.
